We are seeking a Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a team setting and ready to take on product and team management responsibilities.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a track record of working in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage product development and team dynamics effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

What you will do:
• Develop elegant solutions to complex technical problems, contribute to architecture design, and drive backend improvements
• Collaborate with product managers and clients to deliver new features from conception to production, with a strong focus on backend development, while also contributing to other areas as needed

• Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and continuously improve development practices

• Participate in team discussions, share ideas, propose potential solutions, and help allocate and manage tasks
