As a Jira Administrator, your main responsibilities will be

Work with business analysts to gather requirements, and to translate these into configurationsConfigure Jira and Jira Service Management to support operational and management teams.creating software and service projectsconfiguring issue types, fields, and workflowsconfiguring request types, queues and SLAsconfiguring permissions and notificationsconfiguring and designing service portals and knowledge basesconfiguring dashboards, reports and automationintegrating Jira with other technologies through integrations, webhooks and APIsAct as a subject matter expert on Jira, providing guidance and hands-on support to operational teams during the adoption of Jira Service Management, and the continuing use of JiraMaintain relevant technical documentation 


You’ll have relevant experience in:

Have significant experience configuring and administering Jira, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian technologiesUnderstand industry best practices for using Jira and Jira Service ManagementHave business analysis experienceCan build and maintain good working relationships with technical stakeholdersHave excellent analytical and problem solving skillsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliar with Agile project management methodologies and SDLC principles
