Ability to schedule/release/add jobs in runmyjobs tool
Ability to troubleshoot the problems related to file transfers etc in the tool
Ability to support a test batch run in the lower environments if required
Ability to install RMJ agents on the unix and windows systems if a new request comes up
SAP BASIS
System refresh activities
Support incidents and service requests
Monitoring the SAP systems and troubleshooting the issues if any
SAP Portal experience is required to troubleshoot the issues the project teams are facing
Experience of SAP Netweaver portal, SLD, NWDI etc
