Skill Keywords
- 12+ years of experience in ETL using Ab Initio
- Sound knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing concepts
- Should be able to design optimized data solutions for the customer needs.
- In depth understanding of the working of various components of Ab Initio.
- Should be able to manage and drive the project team with the technical expertise.
- Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company.
- Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
- Lead subject matter expert within the account regarding technology concerns related to ETL.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis.
- Recruit and train employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
