As a Digital Project Manager your main responsibilities would be:
| Guidance and advice in managing the ASIS Site Decommissioning activities required as a result of DWP’s HTP IT replacement deployment project. This will involve: ASIS Exit – Ongoing Exit Management Provide ongoing contract management services in relation to the ASIS Agreement in place between DWP and Atos: Maintain the “ASIS Service Charges Tracker” Manage DWP’s obligations relating to the ASIS “Phase 3 Projects” Provide an ASIS Service Charges Projection which shows the anticipated spend profile for the remainder of the ASIS Contract Term which reflects the current transition plans for each of the ASIS Services. ASIS Agreement – Extension of Contract Term (beyond Contract Year 7) Provide guidance and advice Commercial and Digital teams during the negotiation of a contract extension to the ASIS Agreement with Atos. |
