Contract Description
Are you an expert DevOps Engineer? Do you possess first class technical knowledge coupled with a passion for best practice and a flexible approach?
Focus will be on working with the Squad, acting as a lead to manage and develop continuous integration and deployment solutions.
Demonstrable best in class communication and leadership skills are essential, you will utilise your experience (10 years+) to lead a small Squad comprising Developers, Testers, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

What you need to be successful in this DevOps role:
- Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle with both a Dev and Ops mindset
- Solid experience operating across multiple stacks, with knowledge of the AWS platform and web application development in a serverless architecture
- Demonstrable best in class communication and leadership skills are essential, you will utilise your experience to lead a small squad comprising Developers, Testers, Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Ability to define DevOps strategies that align with organisational goals
- A successful track record driving the implementation of DevOps solutions within a project or organisation, ensuring compliance with organisation standards and best practices
- Work well independently and under pressure, this is a fast-paced environment
