Job overview

We are currently recruiting a number of Business Analysts

to support a Programme Manager who will lead the possible dis-aggregation of

our Shared Service. As Business Analyst you will support the Senior Manager in

the research, data collection and analysis to deliver the definition,

documentation, and delivery of the disaggregation program roadmap including all

budget considerations.

Role Content

As a Business Analyst of the IT team, you will be

responsible for the successful delivery of one of both the West Northants. and

North Northants. Councils' key corporate and business objectives. You will support

the Program Manager in :-

• Operating at Executive Level, engaging with Stakeholders and understanding their concerns
• Sourcing and researching information and data through primary research with key stakeholders
• De-escalate highly sensitive problems when they arise, negotiating a comfortable outcome for all parties
• Present findings to a non-data audience in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Reporting to the Program Manager these post have an urgent schedule of work to deliver to high level stakeholders.
