As part of the HMRC Data Transformation Directorate, the Unique customer record programme is working on the creation of a reliable single view of a taxpayer’s dealings with HMRC.
-Senior Project Manager (10+ years of project management experience) with experience leading complex procurements
-Background in procurement / commercial / technology sourcing
-Network project delivery experience ideally in public sector environment
-Networks modern technology understanding desirable
-Coordination and reviews of Tender Documentation Set
-Coordination and support of market engagement sessions
-Quality reviews of Clarification Questions and draft responses to ensure consistency with specifications and intent
-Support the evaluation of bidders responses (or may even wish them to formally sit on the evaluation panel and perform reviews / scoring)
-Attend bidder presentations
-Clearance level required: BPSS
