Littlefish is an award-winning IT Managed Services Provider growing significantly as a result of a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The organisation is comprised of Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, Operations and Account Management functions.

The position sits within Operations as part of the Service Improvement Team . Working as part of the Service Improvement team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions and undertaking toolset integration projects both internally and externally for customers.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

To include:

  • Be responsible for solution design, implementation and documentation of automation and integrations activities.
  • Post and BAU support for automation and integration solutions
  • Keep appraised of automation technologies (COTS, SaaS platforms, open source etc) and techniques in the market in order to provide guidance on appropriate technologies for Littlefish to adopt.
  • Provide third line support to existing teams on incidents impacting automated processes or proactive maintenance activities.
  • Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job role, at the line managers direction.
  • Mentor and develop fellow team members.

  • Strong background in, and experience of working in tooling and/or automation roles.
  • Background in Blue Prism or similar automation technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge on RPA toolsets (Blue Prism/UIPath/PowerAutomate).
  • Powershell Scripting knowledge.
  • Pro?cient working with relational SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of PHP, HTML, C#, VB.NET and Python programming languages.
  • Good knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx), file parsing and JSON.
  • Webservices knowledge REST/SOAP API programming.
