You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC\'s Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients\' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.
Responsibilities:
Transform the way change is delivered to customers through a single roadmap, ensuring delivery of the most impactful changes to meet customer needs quickly and effectively
Required Experience:
Experience in FS
Stakeholder management - the Business Owner of the functional area + the Global COO\'s across the organisation
The ability to sync the plan across the different parts of the organisation involved in the reporting life cycle
The ability to plan and implement interim state operating models to align with business priorities
The ability to understand and drive technology deliverables on the critical path
Experience working on project creating a TOM
Experience working in an agile environment, comfortable working with IT
Budget management skills preferred
