Archdesk is a next-generation ERP software on a mission to digitise and improve the efficiency of the $10+ trillion construction industry! At the same time, we are breeding one of the very few European unicorns. We almost have all it takes, except you!

 

As Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for our Customers ' system configuration. You will become an expert in implementing our platform to ensure the highest level of customer experience!

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Software configuration and ensuring successful implementation,
  • Analysing the raw data provided by the Customer to determine its quality and readiness for implementation,
  • Cooperating with Project Managers during Archdesk environment implementation, 
  • Conducting Customer training on custom setups,
  • Helping our Customers gain value by using our software and achieve the success they are looking for,
  • Solving customer problems,
  • Monitoring Customer Accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction,
  • Manage technical queries during the implementation process, 
  • Communicate with the product development and technical team on customer requirements and alignment with the development roadmap,
  • Working together on internal processes improvements as part of the Implementation Team.

 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Perfect written and spoken English skills [min. C1 level],
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers over email and phone,
  • A Customer-centric approach to drive benefits for the users,
  • Understanding of software development,
  • Good technical skills,
  • Understanding of the SaaS model,
  • Ability to explain complex software solutions understandably,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Proactivity - we are all busy, and even though we 'll help you out with everything you need to be independent and sometimes fill in your workday plan yourself,
  • Strong work ethic - because this is a remote role, you need to organise the assigned tasks efficiently.

 

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in ERP/Project Management software implementation or similar,
  • Construction industry experience,
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Basic knowledge of JSON,
  • 2nd or 3rd language.
