IT Business Analyst - Inside IR35
Contract Term: 3 Months
Contracting Authority: Office for Students
Location: Remote / Occasionally in Bristol
As an IT Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
- Identifying opportunities & assessing the impact of new requirements in collaboration with others & positioning the IT requirement within the operations & applications function.
- Engaging with stakeholders to communicate business requirements & changes,
- Operating proactively to build a collective understanding of issues, risks & requirements.
- End to end data flow & business analysis processes – gathering requirements / mapping / producing documentation.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- 3+ years Data / IT Business Analysis experience – BPMN / requirements management.
- A strong understanding of Technology & Digital Transformation.
- A minimum of 1 professional qualification – BCS Business Analysis Diploma / Prince2 / ITIL.
- MS Office Proficiency & knowledge of Azure / cloud based technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Data modelling & database technology knowledge.
- Expert stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with business partners.
- Ability to be a dynamic self-starter who can apply a strategic thinking style whilst working under pressure.
