Digital Business Analyst(Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 Months
Contracting Authority: Home Office
Location: Hybrid working (Croydon, Southport or Manchester) 2-3 days in the office

As a Digital Business Analyst your main responsibilities would be:
Take responsibility for investigative work and drive analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements.
Analysis of large amounts of complex information, current services and processes and ability to optimise and to produce solutions.
Model advanced and complex situations across more than one business function or programme and communicate the results clearly to senior stakeholders.
Apply a digital understanding to the work and identify and implement solutions. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the target operating model and identify the impact on operational service.
Lead others to innovate in their work as well as enabling them to innovate on their own and ensure they are using the right tools and methodologies.
Influence stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships.
Mentoring less experienced staff
You’ll have relevant experience in:
Agile Project Delivery
Business Analysis
Stakeholder management
Microsoft Products
Working with off the shelf software
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks
