You are a technical business analyst who will use your experience in Customer Identity Platforms (CIP) to assist in the delivery of our client\'s new digital customer identity platform. You will support the gathering of technical application requirements for the platform and translate information into clearly written user stories, working directly with the delivery team.


Build strong knowledge and understanding of the solution through process, functionality and end-user perspective including:

  • Technical knowledge of ForgeRock identity
  • Understanding of common integration patterns
  • Understanding of Registration, Authentication, Password reset, Tokens etc.

Engage with stakeholders to:

  • Identify new demand, onboardings or migration
  • Understand stakeholder requirements
  • Detail the capabilities and limitations of the Customer Identity Platform (CIP), ForgeRock
  • Be the interface between stakeholders and the CIP team
  • Relay significant process changes, with support from Change/Comms Lead

Support the Product Owner and Service Owner to:

  • Ensure there is continuous backlog refinement, and that Product Backlog Refinement aligns with acceptance criteria
  • Schedule and own demand review and backlog refinement meetings
  • Implement refinement techniques

Process design, including demand process and incident management process for customers

Identify opportunities for improvement


  • 3+ years in IT BA with Agile/Scrum
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Customer Identity and Access Management, or customer-facing applications
  • Extensive backlog refinement
  • Experience translating technical requirements into deliverables

  • Design and implementation of greenfield CIAM platform
  • Knowledge of password-less, social, and biometric log in flows
  • Customer Identity & Access Management platform implementation and industry best practices
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis
