We work with health and social care organisations to ensure that every digital transformation programme is successful in enabling health and care professionals to deliver the best possible care to their patients.

Our extensive portfolio of services and solutions has been developed in response to the needs of our clients across the NHS, health, and social care. It is based on a combination of professional and managed services, consulting, software, and complex technological solutions.

We are currently looking for a ICS Data Platform Programme Manager to join one of our long lasting trusts based in Essex.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Programme Manager will be a highly experienced, self-motivated individual capable of communicating with stakeholders and service users at all levels of the regional health economy and working under pressure to agreed deadlines.

  • Responsible for the overall management and direction of the programme including the establishment of a PMO that will provide overall support for the Programme
  • Detailing in a roadmap clearly setting out the projects to be delivered.
  • Detailing delivery timelines, costs and resource requirements
  • Define the overall governance and structure for the Programme, including governance at Programme and project levels
  • Define an overall resource plan for the delivery of the Data Platform Programme.
  • Identify and onboard appropriate resource required to deliver the programme within the defined timeline and budget
  • Management of all resource allocated to the Programme
  • Management of the overall Programme budget
  • Develop a programme plan for the above, detailing delivery timelines, overall cost/benefits and funding sources
  • Overall lead for Programme structure and organisation, project governance, Terms of Reference, programme plans, risks / issues / dependencies log, progress reporting
  • Set up of Programme and project boards, taking the lead as overall Programme Manager
  • Define and engage with all key stakeholders - within the Trust, external organisations as well as NHSE, ensuring all appropriate organisations and individuals are aware of the programme and understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure all relevant departments are involved throughout the NHS, including executive, finance, IT, Procurement, clinical, operational
  • Continually assess the change programmes that run alongside digital change and initiate change and transformation projects as appropriate
  • Clear management of all programme budgets, engaging with Finance leads within the Trust
  • Clear management of all procurements, engaging with Procurement leads within the Trust

Previous experience/ qualifications:

Ideally, your previous experience will include:

● Actively managing large scale projects within the NHS

● Strong stakeholder management

● Ideally previous experience working on a Data Platform project
