Contract Description
The project is to:
- Complete an accelerated review of the current data landscape and produce baselined Data Design Artefacts
- Detail key Data Analytics Use Cases that can be prioritised and also be used to define the Target Data Capabilities required
- Produce Solution and Technology Options for realising the Data Capabilities identified, providing both strategic and tactical solutions.
- Produce a Roadmap for achieving the target state focusing on the high priority Use Cases to deliver value
Key Skills:
- Experience across Financial Services
- Experience developing current and future state architectures
- Experienced in developing Data architecture artefacts including data flows, conceptual data models, logical data architectures and solution option.
- Able to work across teams of differing maturities
- Able to facilitate working sessions to deliver the best outcomes
