Established in 2009, EWA has since expanded across four sites; Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House in Hackney, Old Paradise Yard in Lambeth and Alma Yard in Plymouth, our sites are home to over 600 businesses in the creative industries.

 

Role overview:

 

Eat Work Art has recently implemented a CRM system to gather, analyse and report on data for a number of business processes - from lead generation and conversion, to lease management and revenue gain/loss on our studios. Data is currently being gathered and stored effectively, however we are looking to improve our data analytics and reporting to advance our current situational awareness and long-term decision making ability.  

 

This role is a contract-based position focused on data analytics and visualization. The primary objective of this role is to analyse and visualise EWA’s extensive CRM data, with the objective of presenting clear data-driven insights which the wider team can use to make informed decisions. 

 

This role is initially on a project by project basis, with opportunity for ongoing work on a freelance contract. The initial project will be 2-3 days per week for 6-8 weeks, with ongoing support required on an indefinite ongoing basis. 

 

Reports to: Senior Marketing and Communications Manager & Operations Lead

 

Based at: Based at Hackney Downs Studios and other EWA sites where necessary.

 

 Areas of Responsibility:

 

  • Review and analyse EWA’s CRM data
  • Understand Eat Work Art’s business objectives and represent these using CRM data
  • Create custom dashboards for each EWA department based on predetermined requirements
  • Suggest new solutions for data analysis

 

Essential Experience 

 

  • Mastery of Google Sheets 
  • Exceptional knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, master data management and data quality assurance
  • Ability to convey concepts, issues and risks to a technical or non-technical audience

 

Desirable Experience 

 

  • Experience with CRM data management and visualization
  • Ability to interpret complex business problems and processes and convey solutions through data 
  • Advanced knowledge of GDPR requirements in relation to data management
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
