Contract Description

This is an initial 6-month contract on a remote basis with 1 day a week in the London office. This contract will sit outside IR35.


Delivery Lead to join one of our client projects. You will work within the Agile delivery teams and will play an important part in taking products from conception through to implementation. You 'll be passionate about delivery and have an excellent understanding of how to define and deliver solutions collaboratively in order to achieve business outcomes and value.


You will be involved in all areas of delivery, driving continuous improvement through coaching. You 'll need to be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure the teams are delivering the best possible outcome. You 'll work closely with the Product Owner to understand the Backlog, help the team translate that to deliverable iterations and ensure the software is released into Production.

It would be great if you can:

  • Oversee the creation and operation of a new technology domain comprising three teams, helping to build out the teams, create roadmaps, initiate and deliver technology change in line with strategic objectives
  • Previous experience in enterprise data platforms, data integration and associated products/tools, with consideration to data governance, security and quality processes
  • Experience developing Enterprise BI and Analytics solutions
  • Previous experience working in high transaction B2C environments, ideally retail / eCommerce with a focus on CRM
  • Previous experience with, Salesforce, PowerBI, AWS and Big Data solutions (ideally Snowflake) and Data Engineering / ETL technologies
  • Proven programme and project management experience, including Risk/Issue management, reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and get the best out of a distributed team (onshore, nearshore & offshore)
  • Well versed in agile methodologies and able to contribute to the continual improvement of project delivery processes and governance
