Do you want to work on one of Europe’s leading NetSuite implementations?

As a NetSuite ERP Reporting Analyst, you will support the BI team translate the DWH enterprise reporting requirements into specifications of the data that needs to be extracted from NetSuite.

In addition, a bespoke NetSuite SuiteApp has been created, related to sales margin tracking that is central to the reporting scope.  Therefore, it is important that the candidate has demonstrable experience and the aptitude to work outside of standard NetSuite ERP.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building reports using Oracle NetSuite ERP tools and data
  • Creating test data in NetSuite matching Softcat’s ERP use cases, analysis of extraction data, identification of issues and the facilitation of defect resolution.
  • Working closely with development teams on testing activity
  • Producing documents such as report specifications, solution design specifications, integration requirements and designs, test plans and scripts etc.
  • Work relating to workstreams involving order processing and fulfilment (O2C and P2P)

What we need from you

  • Expert working knowledge of the NetSuite ERP functionality, schema, and data model
  • A background in ERP implementation and of delivering reporting requirements
  • Experience of building NetSuite Reports, Dashboards, Saved Searches and Workbooks
  • In depth understanding of relational data structure design, SQL, O2C and P2P
  • Demonstrable experience of leading ERP reporting workstreams, and of collaborating with technical resources on Data/MI/BI workstreams
  • Experience extracting data from NetSuite using Dell Boomi or similar, and of building reports using Power BI

This contract duration will be till the end of October 2021, with the possibility of extension. You will need to be available within two weeks of hire and must possess a valid Right to Work in the UK, as Softcat cannot unfortunately provide sponsorship.
