Optionis has commenced an exciting transformational change agenda to deliver on our growth strategy and we are recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Transformational Change team with the key purpose of delivering two high profile, critical strategic transformation projects covering our Sales and Operations functions.

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple strategic projects, ensuring these are delivered in line with our strategy. To include the management of deliverables and milestones, benefit realisation, resources and dependencies. Co-ordination of new project requests, lifecycle management and regular reporting cycles.

It is vital that you thrive in a fast-paced unstructured change environment, can work at pace to deliver results, and have a positive attitude to life and work, having the desire to deliver and work hard to do so. We are a very small change function, enabling change through business-led ownership, so key interfaces for this role will primarily be members of the Executive and Senior Leadership teams.

Responsibilities Include

  • End-to-end project management of the following concurrent projects, expected to last 6 months
  • Successful CRM migration from Sugar to Salesforce for one area of the business with minimal impact on business operations (success criteria to be agreed with project sponsor and owner)
  • Successful migration of marketing team systems and processes from Eloqua to Pardot with minimal impact on business operations (success criteria to be agreed with project sponsor and owner)
  • Development of client facing portals to support the Sales function
  • Successful migration of the finance department to a new finance platform
  • Initiation of the programme to replace our Umbrella platform, Parasol
  • Service provider expected to deliver all outcomes to the client’s satisfaction and within timescales agree with the client.
  • Full autonomy over location, working hours and delivery methods as required to complete the stated objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable a track record of successful project delivery
  • Project management delivery experience required, working with, and from the perspective of, the business with experience of delivering technology solutions and process changes for operational teams
  • A strong relationship builder who can adapt their style to influence and ultimately deliver results through others
  • An excellent communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, results-driven with a collaborative, supportive approach
  • Experience of working at the strategic levels of an organisation with senior leadership
