MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients. We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.

MHC are hiring an IT Manager, experienced working within a Global Banking environment to join us on a PAYE contract basis and work on-site at a London based Global Bank. (Initially remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up adoption strategy, pin point key stakeholders, business facing - relationship management across Capital Markets - links between business and IT.
  • Set up working meetings, work with BA's to facilitate demos
  • Customer journey development and optimisation across client on-boarding, engagement and retention.
  • Identifying gaps and optimising client journeys (alignment with UX/UI designer, development and product teams)
  • Documenting client journeys working closely with Wholesale IT Project Managers throughout the project life cycle to ensure execution.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimisations and to drive Capital Markets decision-making
  • Compile ( sources from the different IT platforms - possibly using Qliksense ) and deliver weekly or monthly reports detailing the month's activity and showing adoption increases
  • Work with the IT PM's and coordinate UAT/testing sessions amongst key stakeholders (across capital markets)
