Contract Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced JavaScript Developer to work with a small agile team on a new multi-tiered JavaScript application. This is a great opportunity to design and implement a number of new features across all the tiers of the application.

This will initially be a 3 month contract, to work quickly through a backlog of features that have been scoped for this new application, and will be remote for the duration of this phase.


What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality code, is self motivated and can work autonomously, but most importantly understands how to work collaboratively as part of a small team.

We need someone with extensive JavaScript experience and a least some experience with TypeScript, and whilst we are not too particular about frameworks, we’d value React (React Native would be a big bonus), API design and development built on Node and Express, along with experience using any JavaScript test framework.

As a small agile team, we are also looking for someone who is comfortable sharing their experience, especially around best practices for developing and delivering software in these technologies.
