As Strategy Programme Manager, you will: 

  • Lead in the project management space, assisting with project documentation and project planning, managing strategy, and ensuring the proper progression of project goals.
  • Manage the change control procedure; ensures that change is captured; impact assessed and approved and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost; timescale and resource budgets; and are signed off.
  • Actively represent the project team; ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, giving information in more easily understood forms and dealing with any queries or concerns.
  • Manager Strategy Programme assistants and direct their actions within the scope of the project.


You’ll have:

  • Experience in a strategic project manager or strategic project coordinator-based role.  
  • Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management and senior level communication skills, being able to communicate and influence at a high level.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision-making.

It would be great to also have:
