Digital Designer at LTG, Remote, £Freelance Rate

Contract Description

This is a remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

We are looking for Digital Designers to help us to build learning content on a freelance or fixed-term contract basis (4 or 5 days per week, from May - July 2021 with potential to extend into August).

You will be working closely with Learning Designers to create content graphics and build high quality e-learning courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, high proficiency with Adobe CC and be able to pick up new software quickly. They will also have an eye for detail, great spelling and grammar, and be a logical thinker.

Rate: Fixed-term £24-28k Pro Rata or Day rate £120-150 per day

A few more details on what the contract may involve:

  • Creating/treating graphics for learning content including image manipulation and diagrams
  • Sourcing appropriate images (following a graphics brief)
  • Authoring e-learning content and creating digital interactions
  • Using the bug database to track and resolve simple bugs
  • Implementing client amends requests

Skills and knowledge

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
  • Experience working with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to pick up new software quickly (training will be provided for project specific tools)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent English and grammar
  • Good at problem solving using logic
  • Previous experience working with e-learning authoring tools would be an advantage
