As Project Performance Manager, you will: 

  • Play a key role in ensuring that the Demonstrator Project influences the policy design and delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund programme by leading in the management, processing and reporting of project performance
  • Manage the performance reporting processes by working with the Project Performance Officer
  • Monitor and report on project performance using KPI data, project milestones and site visit reports
  • Use the project data and information to deliver critical insights across the team to inform project delivery, policy development and risk management
  • Identify and raise issues from project reports and site visits
  • Work collaboratively with the Demonstrator team to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Manage change requests from local authorities


You’ll have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into useful insights for project delivery and policy development
  • The ability to effectively communicate using verbal, written and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Practical experience of actively managing project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced project environment including working to deadlines and managing risk
  • The ability to use software to manipulate and analyse data is desirable. For example, using Excel or other software to merge, analyse and consolidate data using pivot tables, functions and charts
