Maine Purpose of Role
Deliver process improvement expertise to Cornerstone Value Chain. Directing Process Owners and subject matter experts in a collaborative and cross functional way to create process against a specific standard to ensure a structure that deliveries efficiencies, risk control and quality business processes. Application of process frameworks, enforcement of the standard and resilience to challenge each step in a process. Provide performance analytics to deliver sustained improvements. This role will require an excellent degree of stakeholder (internal and external) communication and management.
Business Process Management
Deliver new and updated business processes that underpin Cornerstone value chain in a prioritized and controlled manner.
Deliver the process against a strict process standard and manage the process development meeting against the requirements and challenge each and every step, encourage a reduction in interactions and implement sensible measurables.
Ensure the integrity of the document structure within the process repository to create and amend process diagrams in Signavio applying BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) and developing so the processes interaction ensures an end to end process flow.
Foster relationships with Process Owners, SMEs and Shareholders reviewing and documenting end to end processes, working with multiple owners across the process, ensuring all hand-offs have demonstrable controls and ownership and delivered processes are repeatable, measurable, achievable and continuously improved processes through established governance and engagement channels.
Enhance and champion the use of process governance across the business and the need for documentation and process controls. Highlight and recommend instances where key controls must be improved.
Actively plan reviews of process overtime and communicate, and coordinate process definition activities as per Cornerstone Process Framework among stakeholders and/or other departments to bring together a seamless Cornerstone business processes that can be effectively measured.
Ensure risk-based approach to process is taken and highlight risks to appropriate areas if the business strategy or objectives could be impacted.
Process Performance Measurement
Ensure delivery of processes KPIs and measurables to identify and improve the outcomes of organisational and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase internal/external customer satisfaction.
Define critical success factors and process KPIs (key performance indicators) to drive continuous improvements of Cornerstone processes.
Support the design and build of mechanisms and tools to automate process KPIs measurements and process interactions.
Deliver process dashboards and reports to demonstrate performance of Cornerstone business processes on a departmental basis and target areas for improvement based on performance.
Deliver and promote continuous improvement and culture in line with streamline providing high quality and robust information to support decision making and to deliver Cornerstone strategy, services and priorities.
Support and lead the design and build of a continuous improvement of the value chain framework and socialisation business wide to ensure it is well understood and used.
Identify, facilitate and oversee process improvement projects.
Assess and analyse operational processes and system inefficiencies to develop the most cost-efficient Cornerstone processes, focusing on improving productivity or to reduce costs and improving risk management and control
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
Research best practice, processes, methodologies and approaches to service continuous improvement and apply to practice.
Maintain the integrity of the Signavio repository and Process Portal.
Deliver process documents that support Cornerstone’s accreditation to ISO standards and work with ISO SME.
Ensure all processes have Cornerstones standard governance steps in place.
Contributes to the development of the departments Process governance and continuous improvements initiatives and procedural standards for all to work to.

Experience (technical, managerial, industry)
·Strong Process analysis and documentation using recognised standards
·Awareness of Process notation (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and Process repositories (e.g. Signavio)
·Demonstrates capability in Project planning, Process mapping, Process evaluation and development
·Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to deliver an agreed outcome
Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)
·A Level educated
·Professional Qualification or significant experience within an area of specialism
·Six Sigma Qualification.
