iSYSTEMS is an innovative and dynamic IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud services and solutions provider. We guide our customers through the complexities of cloud, virtualisation, storage, DR, hyperconverged and software defined architecture through independent consulting.


We are working with a key client to deliver a Cyber Security Support managed service and require an addition to the team:

  • Contract - 6 months plus possible 6 months extension
  • Flexible working, a mix of remote and onsite at various locations across London as required
  • £200-250 per day
About the role:

To assist in providing Cyber Security support to the customer's day to day business and operations by identifying, managing and controlling cyber risks, threats and incidents. Developing and managing tactical remediation plans and providing proactive problem analysis/management and reporting cyber KPIs and compliance.


Carry out first line support on:

  • Deal with day-to-day issues and incidents
  • Manage Bi-weekly Security Ops meetings
  • Manage the AV, LanSweeper, SIEM and Defender configs
  • Manage the Security Op resources
  • Deliver reports to Senior Management Team
  • Represent Cyber interests at the weekly Change Board
  • Coordinate Pen Tests
  • Handle and respond to information requests
