Service Designer - GDS at Agilesphere LLP, Remote & London, 6 Months, £Contract Rate

Agilesphere are a leading Agile Software Delivery consultancy and we are looking for someone ASAP to join our existing Service Design team on one of our HM Government projects. As this is for a HM Government client, you must have solid GDS experience.

Essential criteria:

• Significant experience of service design.
• Experience of GDS methods.
• Experience with working with constraints and ability to identify, challenge, and adhere to them.
• Knowledge of best practices in service design.
• Confident communicator: able to persuade; negotiate; influence; network; and work with stakeholders.
• Ability to get to the heart of an issue.
• Knowledge of agile ways of working and user-centred content design.
• User journeys, including both digital and non-digital touchpoints must be able to create e2e service blueprints, customer segment, journey maps, ecosystem maps and mapping complex services.
• Experience of designing services at different stages of life cycle, including discovery and iterating live services.
