First Movers Advantage LLC provides real estate market data and direct mail marketing campaigns for US businesses. We seek a UK-based Technology Team Leader to oversee our software development and data operations. If you want to work remotely and enjoy variety in your workday, this might be the role for you.

Duties will include: 

• Manage our team of five software developers and systems engineers. (Our current team members work from Colorado, Poland, and India).
• Manage projects as they move through our pipeline.
• Resolve production issues as needed.

Qualified candidates will show:

Required Qualifications:

• At least seven years prior experience with Ruby on Rails "back-end" development.
• Previous experience as a project manager.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Show a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of online data gathering.

Compensation: £100,000/year as a full-time independent contractor.
