This position can be fully remote or partly remote based in Nottingham or Newcastle, UK.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a team of project managers placed within the platform development group. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery for our mobile game Avakin Life and software as a service elements, such as content delivery pipeline, client features, backend services implementation etc.

You will be working across the entire implementation lifecycle, creating project plans, leading project initiatives, defining the scope of the projects, aiding the requirements gathering, risks & issues, project tracking, and working closely with teams to ensure the delivery of the projects.


  • Oversee schedules and help to enable regular releases;
  • Stakeholder communication, ensuring all relevant stakeholders making them fully aware of release deliverables and their responsibilities toward ensuring software gets from development and out in active use by their customers;
  • Help teams identify and manage their dependencies;
  • Maintain a view of capacity across the (agile and non-agile) development teams in order to work with Product Management to build a product roadmap that is based on capacity of the teams (both internal and external) that will be delivering it;
  • Strive to continuously improve the way we work and communicate with all teams.


  • Experience of a full mobile app or software platform development cycle;
  • Great communicator who can work in a complex and dynamic environment;
  • Solid knowledge of project management with good grasp of program management a bonus;
  • Experience working in agile development;
  • Believer in continuous improvement;
  • Proven at process improvement in technical project teams;
  • Highly experienced at interacting with technical senior leadership teams and improving their visibility of project teams and progress;
  • Management of diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Familiarity with agile project and development management tools.
