Main Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Transformation Lead, this person will be accountable for ensuring a strong culture of compliance and governance within the Transformation programme. The role will provide project support and administration with particular focus in maintaining the Transformation programme plan together with all associated programme control documents.
Plan maintenance
Accountable for ensuring that the Transformation programme plan is maintained and up to date
Control Documents
Support the Transformation lead in ensuring that key programme and project data trends and performance are highlighted and reported in a clear and coherent fashion, communicated and distributed to the relevant departments and shareholders.
Own and manage the Programme and Project issues and actions log, retrieving updates from the relevant source(s) and keeping a timely update of the tracking log.
Produce accurate project control documents and ensuring that the project toolbox (project templates and standard presentation templates) are relevant and up to date.
General Programme Co-Ordination
Managing project administration and supporting the Transformation Lead in producing minutes; preparing reports & presentations (including Finance); providing key management information accordingly.
Stakeholder Engagement
To work closely with the with all Internal and external stakeholders to maintain confidence in the Transformation Plan
To communicate effectively with Internal and external (Customer and Shareholder) stakeholders
Reporting
To support the Transformation Lead in producing the necessary reports and updates to the management team and stakeholders and customers to ensure that progress is understood and driven in the correct manner
Provide regular reporting into Stakeholders on status of the activities to ensure adherence to the Transformation governance framework.
Experience (technical, managerial, industry)
The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced Programme Co-Ordinator, with ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
The must be able to demonstrate successfully working within Multi workstream programmes and maintaining an integrated programme plan.
Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)
Project Management Qualification
(Prince 2, Agile , PMP)
Skills / Knowledge
Good working knowledge of project management principles are essential
Excellent I.T. and advanced MS Project and Excel skills (working knowledge or pivot tables, IF statements and VLOOKUP’s).
Flexible Team working.
