About this role
We are looking for mid- to senior Java developers with cloud expertise and 5+ years of relevant experience. Background in fintech is appreciated as you will be involved in a project in this sector.

Requirements
We are looking for a specific skill set that would allow you to dive right into our activities and contribute to our projects from day 1.

To join us, you will need extensive familiarity with:

• Java 8 or later, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
• Cloud technologies (AWS)
• Databases: Relational Backend Database, NoSQL database, JDBC Template
• Strong Distributed Systems Foundations
• Interprocess Communication: REST, Google Protocol Buffers, etc.
• Testing: JUnit 4, TDD, jBehave, Cucumber or similar
• ORM: Hibernate or similar

You get bonus points for:

• Schema migration: Liquibase, Flyway or similar

• Streaming technology: Kafka, AWS Kinesis
• Orchestration: Airflow, Cadence, etc.

The following soft skills are appreciated:

• Self-starter, proactive in finding solutions
• Experience working in a distributed team
• A strong sense of ownership
