As Business Analyst, you will: 


  • Analyse and evaluate business processes; identifying alternative solutions including assessment of process feasibility and articulation of process requirements
  • Plan and lead business analysis activities, across all phases of projects including identification, assessment and management of risks and production of realistic plans and contribution towards lessons learned
  • Model current and desired scenarios as directed using appropriate modelling techniques
  • Communicate highly complex issues and sensitive information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders including organisational, professional, customer and supplier representatives



You’ll have:


  • Experience working with modelling tools and techniques
  • Experience of working with reference data models
  • Working knowledge of relation databases
  • Experience of stakeholder management and of working with a variety of stakeholders of differing levels of seniority
  • Previous public sector experience working with data modelling
