Brewin Dolphin’s Marketing and Communications team is responsible for the guardianship of the Brewin Dolphin brand and reputation, and therefore the very definition of what that means to its various stakeholders. In its daily existence, the function is responsible for the planning and execution of all corporate level marketing and communication, brand development and execution, and marketing of corporate responsibility activities for Brewin Dolphin.


About this Opportunity
We are looking for an excellent Digital Website Manager on an initial 6-month basis, based in London. The successful candidate will have strong digital knowledge, bring energy and enthusiasm to their work and pro-actively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders/suppliers. Project Management experience is essential for this role as you will be involved in a variety of workstreams, most notably related to SEO and Analytics.

 

Responsibilities Include
Ensuring the websites are consistent to strategy and brand
Generate and report insight and apply learning
To develop digital analytics to inform the understanding of the clients and prospect journey
Develop and implement improvement plans as a result of such analyses.
Optimise engagement and user experience
Manage projects with external digital agencies to ensure quality work, reliability, brand adherence and best value for money for BD.


Skills
Demonstrable experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role
Experience with Google Algorithms and Google Tag Manager very desirable
Knowledge of web development methods
Knowledge of SEO
Financial Services experience  
Project Management experience
Good stakeholder management skills, with confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
Excellent critical thinker, with the ability to use root cause analysis to arrive and suitable solutions
Strong agency/ supplier management experience
