Job Summary

Wildfire Comms is a fun and dynamic media publishing company. We are looking for a digital content designer to create high quality visual and graphic content for Social Media, our websites, banners, PDFs and ebooks.

In addition to this, it is a preference that they also have developer skills and know there way around IT and internet set up to help support our externally contracted IT support team.

We are looking for someone with a true creative flair and a passion for innovative web design.

If you enjoy working in a project based environment, with strong emphasis on team culture, this could be the role for you.

Initially home based, the role will be located eventually based in our Bristol office, in the Paintworks development.

The contract of this role is indefinite and flexible, but ideally we will be looking for a freelancer that can commit to a part-time retainer based on an agreed number of hours per month every month.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO

• Lead on website design of assets
• Create all social media posts, email headers and web banners for partnerships & webinars
• Create all design assets for our online events including: logo, landing page, event agenda PDF, social posts, email headers
• Digital magazine design and ads, including uploading to flikread
• Create the landing page for events in wordpress using a template
• Ability to create & edit basic video interviews is a bonus but not essential
• Maintain brand consistency throughout your work
• Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good working knowledge of the Adobe package: InDesign, Photoshop
• Video editing skills: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premier Pro a bonus
• Strong creative skills with ability to produce high quality content
• Strong graphic design for digital
• IT skills
• Basic web development skills is preferred but not essential

1-3 years in digital design is essential for this role
