Insights Manager at NextAtlas, Remote, £Apply with Day Rate

We 're looking for an Insights Manager with a knack for gathering and communicating actionable insight to a range of audiences. An Insights Manager, who is knowledgeable and experienced across a range of research methodologies and techniques, and in particular in the world of social media.

You Will Deliver Insights On

You will work closely with the data science and strategy teams and at times with new business leads to develop further and show an understanding:

• Current and emerging trends (micro to macro)
• Category performance
• Performance relative to competitors
• Target consumer groups
• Segmentation

About Nextatlas

Nextatlas is a fast-growing MarTech start-up based in London and Turin that applies Artificial Intelligence to analyse billions of verbal and visual Social Media data, developing key insights for brand innovation and marketing strategies. 

The benefit, compared to classic methods of analysis and research, lies in the immediacy of linking real-time findings from multiple data sources in order to deliver statistically relevant analysis, reducing significantly the timing and resources required whilst exceeding in the quality of the output through the AI technology. 

Nextatlas provides its know-how to Clients, mainly in the CPG, Retail, Consulting and Media Advertising sectors either through a Saas model or through advisory and consulting services.

Main Responsibilities

• Create compelling and actionable insight briefs, analysis and reports
• Identify insight needs and opportunities, write proposals and sell in relevant tools and services to contribute to revenue generation.
• Work with a range of bespoke internal data sources to develop compelling stories
• Work collaboratively with data science, strategy and client teams on existing client business
• Keep up to speed on latest industry developments and have a strong point of view on emerging consumer trends, for the benefit of our clients
• Share research best practices and findings, including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates

About You

You will need to be passionate about insight and data and have a natural flair and ability to tell stories through data. You will be a confident presenter who is able to turn data into compelling stories.

As well as:

• The ability to tell a story through data, including the identification /communication of actionable insights
• Experience integrating with planning, strategy and account teams is a plus
• Social media listening experience is a plus
• 3 years or more of relevant work experience
• Proficient accessing and transforming data into insights
• Strong verbal /written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Strong ability to work in Keynote, we do beautiful visual reports that clients tend to comment on time and time again so we want someone that can turn words into visual too.
• Good presentation skills – we run webinars and thought leadership from time to time and we would love for you to shine
