Role and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administrative Responsibilities;
● Ensuring Salesforce system is performing at the optimal level
● Upgrade/ Configure Salesforce system to allow integration with our website and other platforms utilized within NGN
● Managing the Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and individual usage
● Maintaining/ Improving current implemented pages for Leads, Contacts, Dashboards and any other data
● Maintaining the Sales Cloud, building custom reports when required
● Salesforce system checks - Diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
● Evaluating new Salesforce releases/ changes/ updates and implementing accordingly
● Documenting processes; error reports, changes to field history tables
● Preparing reports for all departments with NGN
● Liaise with Senior Management to discuss improvements/ updates to our current system and implement effectively and make it functional within deadlines set (within reason, depending on the scale of the changes)
● Training for internal teams and individually
Internal IT Responsibilities
● Lead IT Projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services
● Monitor performance of IT systems to determine costs and productivity levels, making recommendations to improve the IT structure
● Trouble short hardware and software issues related to Internal IT
● Train new team members
● Understand and deliver safety and cyber security protocols
Requires for the role
● Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
● A Degree in Information, Technology/ Computer Science
● A passion for IT, a positive nature and 'can do' attitude
● At least 5 years' experience within an IT and Salesforce Administrative role
● Experience of amending, updating and implementing changes to Salesforce successfully and promptly, to ensure productivity immediately
● Exceptional organisational ability to create and maintain Salesforce database
● Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access and general issue
● In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
● Ability to integrate Salesforce with other platforms i.e. DocuSign
● Excellent understanding and admin of Office 365

We are following the government guidlines to ensure everyone is safe, this role however will be a home-based role, with occasional meetings in our offices in Southgate. Interviews will be held on the phone first then MS Office.
