Role: Digital Account Manager - 6 month contract

Our Account Manager is the glue between our client and ITG.

Working with an iconic British Automotive brand, you'll help to capture requirements, manage budgets and facilitate the delivery of enterprise level projects.

The projects you'll oversee will all be technical, so somebody with background in web and digital is key for this role!

Working on an initial 6 month contract, we'll need you to hit the ground runnning!

Some of what you'll get up to;

  • Gathering and understanding technical client requirements which can then be fed into the delivery teams for estimation
  • Work closely with key client stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget
  • Be aligned at all times with the internal technical delivery teams
  • Work with the technical teams to provide the client with advice on any technical or third party integrations required
  • Understand and help with the removal of any project blockers that require liaison with other client departments or third parties
  • Escalates any known project issues to the Technical Account Director
  • Create statements of work based on estimations provided by the development team
  • Support maximising new opportunities; identify new business opportunities
  • To help drive client strategy for your client and advise them on how to achieve their business objectives by utilising the latest technologies


Required Skills

What you'll need;

  • Previous digital experience of working as an account manager within a marketing agency / marketing department client side / IT or Software provider
  • Previous experience of managing web projects preferably with experience of an Agile environment
  • Excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills
  • Good written, verbal and numerical skills
  • Bright, motivated and driven, with the motivation to lead by example
  • Knowledge and experience of compiling and producing reports, project plans, objectives, KPIs for your clients and senior members of staff
  • Ability to brief in work to the delivery and development teams
  • Ability to speak with confidence on digital technologies and digital marketing techniques
