We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to help us bridge a short-term gap during which we recruit for a permanent Digital & Campaigns Manager. This is a crucial period of website development and CRM integration as the organisation transitions from AudienceView to Spektrix.  The successful applicant will manage the interim liaison and implementation with the web agency, Spektrix and key stakeholders at the International Festival.
Working hours may vary throughout the process.
 
Responsibilities
Project Management
  • To lead website development and integration with new ticketing and CRM software provider Spektrix
  • Work with Head of Ticketing to agree key milestones for CRM integration and ensure project is kept on track and delivered on time
  • Work closely with web development agency to ensure the International Festival website meets the highest standards of accessibility and map customer journeys to deliver the very best customer experience
  • Ensure website integration with other relevant tools such as social media, digital marketing, analysis and CRM tools
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and the broader Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistency of brand messaging across the International Festival website
  • To collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the website and CRM requirements meet the needs of all teams within the project scope
Projects and tools
  • Be proactively informed about developments in digital, and identify, prioritise and exploit technologies, platforms and methodologies to further the organisation’s reach and engagement
  • Liaise with appropriate external digital partners and digital service providers
Evaluation
  • Analyse and interpret digital metrics to improve the customer experience online
General
  • Train members of staff on digital tools i.e. CMS, social media evaluation tools etc.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Person specification
Essential
  • Demonstrable experience leading website development and CRM integration projects
  • Experience working with a range of industry CRM systems (esp. Spektrix)
  • Experience working with a range of content management systems
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Well-developed people management skills and experience of managing cross-functional project teams
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proven initiative and high levels of self-motivation, as well as the ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven ability to work under pressure as well as plan and prioritise tight deadlines
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the UK cultural sector, its practices and supporters
  • An interest in broader marketing and communications solutions
  • Experience in a high-profile, busy and dynamic environment
