Summary of the work This is a crucial role for the IT replacement project and involves working with the service to define one of the most important system connections. Ensuring that key benefits from system functionality are achieved that meet the technical aspects of financial accounting for Housing General fund and the HRA.

Who the specialist will work with IT Replacement Project Manager
Head of Housing Systems and Resources
What the specialist will work on Analysis of the processes and procedures between a new housing management system and the corporate finance system. This will include process mapping 'As Is' and working with the service to define 'To Be', with particular emphasis on the design of financial forecasting for temporary accommodation and include the technical aspects of the Housing Revenue Account. Analysis should highlight the benefits of changing process and procedures which once agreed will feed into the configuration of the new housing management system.
