Are you looking for your next project where you can really make a difference? Do you want to help clients shape, set, and deliver on their strategies from a technology perspective? If so, you might have found your perfect next contract!

As a technology specialist in our Principal Consultant role, you will have a dual focus. You will work closely with our dedicated sales and client team in a pre-sales capacity to provide subject matter expertise around technology and to shape the correct approaches. Helping our clients shape, set, and deliver on their strategies from a technology perspective, and kick-start their employee experience transformation journeys, you will focus on bringing a blend of human and technology lenses to the digital workplace - helping our clients transform mindsets, behaviours, ways of working and also help to set their strategy for how technology can better enable employees and drive greater engagement, productivity, and collaboration.

Your main responsibilities…

  • Engage with clients in pre-sales stages to help win projects in conjunction with our sales teams, including pitch development, solutioning delivery approach, and estimating effort and cost
  • Partner with a broad range of client executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor to help them understand short and long-term business implications of their people and workplace vision
  • Delivery of ideation, strategy, planning, business case, and prototyping engagements at clients
  • Lead client workshops around the technology environments needed to explore “the future of work” and the next generation of “digital workplaces” with a focus on the co-existence of people, processes, and digital technologies
  • Technical architecture of client Digital Platforms to deliver key use cases for Employee Experience and Operational reinvention

Skills and experience you possess…

  • Have a sales mindset, with the ability to support a consultative sales process
  • Technology consulting experience, with the application of core consulting skills and methods, ideally gained with a major business or consultancy
  • Have a broad understanding of the employee experience domain across the areas of technology platforms, experience design, and strategy
  • Architectural level understanding of digital workplace platforms and services, including Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security), Azure, Facebook for Business, Slack and an appreciation of RPA, AI and ML
  • Strong understanding and experience of working with the C-suite, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and create change as a trusted advisor and deliver results
  • Strong relationship management, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also effectively managing and delivering workload independently
