We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Change Manager for one of our Contracting Authorities.

As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will:-

  • Develop and deliver the Business Change approach for the Future Hearings Programme including the key services provided by Business Change at a Programme and Project level (including change, training and communication activity)
  • Deliver a core business change product catalogue which will be used to appropriately address all identified change impacts to ensure the correct activities happen at the right time, by the right people, for the right people and feed back to the Central Change Team when required
  • Plan and manage the work of the business change workstream, working with the projects, to ensure business change activity is delivered consistently and to a high standard across the Programme and that Change impacts are understood, change plans are managed and monitored effectively and appropriate change and training interventions have been designed to ensure everyone is willing and able to accept the change
  • Provide guidance, support and assurance to the Future Hearings Projects on their business change efforts
  • Capture lessons learned so as to iterate and continually improve change interventions and approaches

You’ll have:

  • Proven leadership in delivering complex change in a large-scale Programme environment
  • Experience of designing and delivering change and training strategies and interventions with proven results
  • Experience of establishing change and / or business networks in order to deliver change to the business 
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, in order to engage with senior business and stakeholders, senior management teams and the public;
  • Strong planning skills and an ability to deliver quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

It would be great to also have:

  • Public Sector experience
  • BPSS Clearance
