We are looking to hire a Content Manager ideally with Magento experience to join our CX team

This key role requires a creative, organised and experienced web content manager who is passionate about all things digital, has an obsession for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As Web/Digital Content Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and management of content displayed on clients’ websites - delivering engaging digital experiences for customers. This is an exciting project, where you will be coming in after the first market has been rolled out, and will be managing roll-out to multiple end-markets, working with the end-market client teams.

Already established as a Content Manager, you will be looking to take on more responsibility, and once this project is complete to help to grow Content management as a function within the CX team.

You will:

  • Create and manage eCommerce content plan, interdependencies, and risk
  • Complete Content Migration
  • Manage workflow - testing, internal review, amends, approval and sign off
  • SEO checklist - work with the client to ensure site is in line with best practice
  • Recommend changes to WoW that will improve efficiencies / best practice
  • Tailor Content Guidelines
  • Work with developers on process of moving content and product data (images, descriptions, etc) from UAT to Production
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer

The techy bit….we need you to be really great at:

  • Proven experience of managing effective digital content in eCommerce
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and experience with popular content management systems, ideally Magento.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience of managing a set of complex stakeholders, preferably with third parties and client organisations
  • Confident in raising issues and managing multiple client expectations
  • Manage day to day workload of eCommerce Assistant / Content Executive
  • Passion, integrity, and energy
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • If you know some of this even better!
  • Experience of working in an eCommerce/digital agency
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skill
  • Experience or knowledge of Figma is a bonus
