HR Project Manager (Inside IR35)

As an HR Project Manager, you will: 

  • Plan projects, monitor progress, risks & issues, take corrective action to keep the project on track and ensure delivery of projects within time, budget and quality expectations
  • Work on Projects that relate to management structure and workforce planning
  • Coordinate delivery of work relating to recruitment policy and training
  • Be responsible for Project reporting and tracking
  • Provide support in relation to other areas of HR work
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

 

You’ll have:

  • Experience of working in an HR environment utilising project management tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally, CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Ideally, a Project management qualification
