The ASOS brand has tremendous equity in select markets. We aspire to continue building it in our core markets and to build a famous and loved brand in markets all around the world. The Senior Project Manager will play an important role in this process by leading the operations for developing a new creative brand strategy for ASOS in key markets across Europe and North America.


As part of this team, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for

The Senior Project Manager will report into the company’s Brand Strategy Lead and serve as part of a core marketing team tasked with delivering ASOS’ new creative brand strategy.


  • Creating a new brand development process, including a project plan and timeline, so that the creative brand strategy is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Working closely with the procurement team to manage timelines and deliverables through a global agency pitch process.
  • Managing the on-time delivery and alignment of multiple project support workstreams across cross-functional departments.
  • Facilitating alignment and approval processes with senior stakeholders throughout, including C-level executives.

What You’ll Be Doing…


  • Create a project plan and granular project timeline for the development of a new global creative brand strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Brand Strategy Lead and Creative Director to ensure their vision is translated into the development and delivery of the project. This will require an understanding of the resource and prioritisation needed to complete strategic and creative tasks.
  • Manage and support all operational requirements outlined in the project plan which include timelines, budgets, setting realistic expectations, proactively chasing delays and ensuring work is produced to the highest standard.
  • Schedule, attend and input to meetings in relation to team collaboration, workflow, workload management and issue resolution.


  • Work closely with the procurement team to manage all aspects of the agency pitch process, from budget and planning right through to delivery.
  • Build a strong relationship with the new agency, working closely with their team to bring them into the ASOS fold culturally and operationally. This will include managing and integrating the agency’s resources and deliverables into the project plan and timeline. You will then manage and support the operational relationship with the agency, working to ensure delivery is efficient and effective.
  • Manage global translation and research workstreams and timelines to support the agency in their development of the new creative brand strategy with the ASOS Insights & Analytics team and any potential 3rd parties.


  • Manage a multiple number of workstreams supporting the overall project delivery, across all disciplines, with different requirements. This will include requesting, managing and responding to cross-functional teams, building strong relationships along the way.
  • Confidently communicate and manage involvement of senior stakeholders (Directors and C-level) throughout the project including management of expectations, feedback and approvals.
  • Create a plan for the eventual rollout, training and adoptions of the new creative brand strategy across the business.


  • Work closely with the marketing IP team to utilise ASOS operational technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is applied at all times.
  • Champion and lead by example in view of key ASOS policies and values.
