Service Desk Analyst - Start Date – ASAP

Location: London (Initially then Remote)

BPSS Clearance Required

Contract Length: 4-6-week contract

iSYSTEMS is currently looking for 2 x Service Desk Analysts to support our clients Service desk and assist iSYSTEMS on an ambitious transformation. ISYSTEMS is currently delivering a end user deployment project but require further hands to assist with the following:

Requirements:

  • Acting as a point of contact for telephone calls, voicemails, walk ups and emails regarding Okta authentication issues and requests for support
  • Logging incidents/requests on to ticketing system, resolving and triaging those that cannot be resolved to relevant support team
  • Providing Administration and Support including setting up new users, password resets, and editing existing users in Okta cloud platform
  • Setting up Okta MFA and troubleshooting any MFA issues for the users
  • Must have helpdesk experience
  • Must have very good customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Must have Okta experience
  • Must have experience with MFA and self service
  • Ideally have experience of Cloud technologies
  • Ideally experience on O365 and Google Suite
