Senior SALESFORCE & SAP Manager
Primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark

Responsibility

  • As Senior Cut Over Manager you are responsible for Quality assurance of new operating models ability to deliver
  • 1) business case,
  • 2) business performance to customer contracts and defined performance requirements and 3) manage the preparation, go-live and transition to the new operation model with minimal business disruption.

Experience:

- Overall experience at least 20 years in IT and Business 
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing global solutions
- Hands on experience in managing at least 4 large Salesforce and/or SAP end-to-end implementations with companies over EUR 2 billion in revenue
- Must have managed cross-functional program teams of more than 30 members including business members
- Must have worked with both on-site and off-shore based IT setups

Program Scope

  • Replace current process and solutions from sales lead, opportunity, configure-price-quote to contract, entitlement and service order planning and service execution in the field.
  • Salesforce modules in scope covers Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Lightning.
  • SAP modules in scope for the implementation are primarily PLM, SD, CS/PM and FICO
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain integration with existing (remaining) SAP solution landscape, in order to make Salesforce the customer engagement platform and SAP the single ERP platform covering finance and supply chain logistics and repair.
  • Secure appropriate Master Data Management foundation in close collaboration with dedicated data track in the program
  • Support and robust and efficient business transformation lead by the business transformation track by providing the centralised support and structure to cut over from current level of performance to the new aligned and matured processes ensuring business continuity and business case harvesting.
  • Ensure that all program elements are designed, developed and implemented with the highest level of quality
  • Verify and ensure quality of end2end operating model and readiness to roll-out in accordance to defined performance criteria and requirements.
  • Establish and delivery of processes to support successful go lives.
  • Quality assurance of new operating model ability to deliver 1) business case, 2) business performance to customer contracts and defined performance requirements and
  • Manage the preparation, go-live and transition to the new operation model with minimal business disruption
  • Engage and communicate to stakeholders and program team members.
