As a technical Senior Analyst, your primary function will be to maintain the high fault resolution & availability targets demanded by the business. You will be responsible for pro-actively monitoring and maintaining the system(s) under your remit, resolving internal customer issues, as well as assisting in the delivery of upgrades to these systems to support the continuing network evolution. You must be reliable, resilient and a true team player: the kind of person who takes ownership of customer issues, finds solutions and champions a 'right first time' approach.
