A bit about the role…
We 're now looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Learning/Content Team on a contract basis to help execute on key projects. This role requires strong learning and development domain knowledge, strong customer ethic and a strong project management mindset.
You will be involved in a range of projects with day to day including:
Taking ownership of content briefs - conducting research and developing great courseware using our EdApp authoring tool Working on building out our global content library with practical courseware for our customers to leverage Ensuring your work is of high quality educational value against the brief Developing demonstration content for clients delivered in fast turnarounds at high quality Actively contribute to the London office team vibes
A bit about you:
You have corporate training experience in creating learning content and understanding learning and writing principles You have a strong, goal-oriented work ethic and are proactive in your approach to tasks. You are eager to learn and grow You are a great planner with great attention to detail You have strong communication skills Ideally you have created lessons within the EdApp authoring tool before Have a background in design - Ideally photoshop, In design or experience in various design tools You have had experience working in the learning and development or Edtech industry You are technically inclined and eager to roll up your sleeves to get into the product in order to better understand the mechanism of microlearning
