We have an opening for a contractor within our B2B arm of the business.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following;
To be the key point of contact between Change (both internal and external) and the business for system / application and process improvement changes across the group in line with strategic objectives.
To analyse, document and support solutions for all business areas and to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for peer review & sign off.
To design, model and implement new or modified system functionality and process improvement across the group via Visio/process modelling tools.
To assist in the co-ordination of project team members, resource within the group and third-party companies. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, document outputs & own change requirements through to business acceptance.
Manage the customer / partners expectations by regular contact and business requirements progress updates and where necessary meetings.
Ensure that all relevant and appropriate standards and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times working closely with our in-house compliance team.
To analyse, document and propose solutions for all business areas and to prepare functional specifications and contribution to functional definition documents.
